The IMS BAUHAUS® offers a range of worldwide unique programs in membrane and lightweight structures: structural membrane design and engineering, textile-, tensile- and cushion constructions, pneumatic and retractable structures, lightweight membranes and architectural fabrics.
Lecturers, international specialists in the field of textile constructions, impart knowledge and proficiency to the students, so that they will be able to design, calculate, detail, build and keep textile constructions.

NEW online course in Membrane Structures!
"We teach the world how to build membranes" This has always been the motto of Prof. Dr. Robert Off.
Start of the new online course is in March 2021. The duration of this program is about eight month and will be completed at the end of October 2021 with the IMS BAUHAUS® Degree "Archineer®".

Engineer in Membrane Structures
The IMS BAUHAUS® is currently developing a concept for a new program in cooperation with the Saxony-Anhalt Chamber of Engineers. This new program will be offered by the institute instead of the Master Membrane Structures. The degree "Engineer of Membrane Structures" will be granted by the Chamber of Engineers of Saxony Anhalt. More information about the program will be published soon.
The internationally renowned master's program Membrane Structures (M.Eng), which has been run in cooperation with Anhalt University of Applied Sciences for 15 years, will be discontinued as of March 2021.Contact for question and interest
